CTGN_probes_HQ.txt --> 472 CTGN probes that were removed from out_noSNP_oneside_probes.txt.
final_Pita_probes.txt --> 485,016 probes formatted for Thermo with IDs created from process.pl
out_noSNP_oneside_probes.txt --> 485,487 probes created from Aug18_probe_filter.pl.
process.pl --> Formats out_noSNP_oneside_probes.txt by cutting before the IUPAC code.
